Went to buy my Chrysler 300. Mark Harris was my sales person and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his guidance and honesty which I have never experienced at any other car dealership. Overall, I would definitely come back and do business with Don A Vee Chrysler. Thank you guys!

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had! The folks at this dealership are honest and hardworking. We shopped around quit a bit and they were most definitely the best deal with the best customer service! Thanks to both Kenny Smirz and Johnny Han for taking great care of us!

So i was in search for an Infiniti g35 coupe and they happen to have one, i sent an email to inquire about the vehicle and i got a response from Michael Setterington. He worked with me through the whole process through email and we managed at a set price. Once i arrived he had the car ready and running for me to check out and test drive it. Michael was great guy to have worked with, made everything easy and made me feel comfortable and if i had any questions he was more then willing to answer. He was very easy to speak with making the process go smoothly. I walked out the dealer with car and had a good experience at Don-A-Vee. A+. Thanks Mike

My Review of Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep:
At the end of a very long week, my Jeep had an issue with the alarm chip & the key. Since I work in Diamond Bar and live in Huntington Beach, I had the Jeep towed to Don-A-Vee. Prior to arriving at Don-A-Vee on Friday 07/15/2011 at 5 p.m., I called and spoke with Eric Westphal who was incredibly kind and helpful. When I arrived, he greeted me by name and assisted me immediately. I had to leave my Jeep so he called Enterprise and had me on my way rather quickly. When I returned on Saturday to pick my Jeep up, he went over everything and took care of the rental car. The service I received was beyond amazing and I can not express my appreciation enough. I will definitely be a return customer.
I did purchase my Jeep at Don-A-Vee and will be back for my next one (maybe sooner rather than later after perusing the new Grand Cherokees!)
It should be noted I initially called the Huntington Beach Jeep as I take my jeep to this location for service. I received less than helpful information which surprised me.

My Review of Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep:
I was traveling through SoCal from Texas with my family on our way to our first vacation in four years. My Durango started acting up, the water gauge was going haywire getting hot and back to normal repeatedly and nonstop. My kids had endured 20 hours of my driving and we were so close to our final destination Disneyland when I had to tell them that we might have to cut our day short to fix the car. Boy where they bummed out. I knew it was going to be darn near impossible to get my car fixed the same day but I decided to look for the closest dealer to Disneyland and try to a least get the car looked at. Luckily I found Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep. My call was transferred to service and I was immediately greeted by Eric their service manager. I explained my problem to him about the car and about having to cut our Disneyland day short. He was very kind and respectful and gave me possible reasons for my car problem. He told me not to worry and that I should continue and drop my family off to get started at Disneyland then they would take care of the car while my family enjoys their vacation. He would arrange a ride back to the resort for me and a pickup when the car was done. I was pleasantly surprised at his wonderful and generous service and I took him up on his offer. When I dropped my car off I was blown away even more when he had a rental car waiting for me as he took my keys and told me to let them worry about my car and for me to go have a good time. I handed him the keys and off I went to rejoin my family on our vacation. A few hours later I received a friendly call from Eric stating in great detail what my car needed and after quoting me and unbelievable price I gave him the go ahead to fix it. He even promised me my car back by the evening! I enjoyed the full day at Disneyland and later that evening I picked up my car from Don-A-Vee in perfect working order! I thanked Eric repeatedly for his wonderful service and he told me it was his pleasure to help us out. I told him right then and there that his service killed my own dealer's service back home. In the morning when we were loading our luggage in the Durango I was again pleasantly surprised by Eric's continued service...My car was fully washed and the tires and rims sparkled in the sunshine! I hadn't noticed in the dark night that they had fully detailed my car as well. Thanks guys! You truly ARE the best!

My Review of Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep:
This dealership was incredibly friendly. When they didn't have what I wanted they diligently looked for a dealership that had the car and drove all the way to Van Nuys to get it. The price was amazing and the experience was pleasant. They weren't your typical "oh gosh here they come." I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Will defiantly purchase my next Jeep from them.

First, I will say this. I have worked as both a service writer and sales person/manager and currently am the internet sales manager for a larger dealership in Prescott AZ. I am absolutely dumbfounded. The level of service and care the service manager Daniel has provided my wife Laurie on our 2006 Grand Cherokee makes any dealership I have or currently work for, absolutely pale in comparison.It goes without hesitation that when the time comes to trade in our Grand Cherokee we will come from Arizona to buy directly from Don-a-vee. Again, my many thanks to Daniel and Don-a vee for taking such great care of my wife.

Jim and I talked over several months about a used car for my wife. Jim told me about a new Chrysler 300. We talked about it and then he made me an absolute killer of a deal so I bought the car. I wanted leather seats and they installed them prior to delivery. The leather is really very high quality and the car warranty covers the leather too. I wanted the backup monitor and Dean made me a great deal on that. When I picked up the car, Jim made sure everything was perfect. He even took the car back into the shop when he spotted a couple of things that just weren't right. This dealership is really first class and I enjoyed working with them. The car is great and my wife loves it, but so do I. I even drove there from Fresno to get this great deal.

Daniel solved my sun roof problem quickly and at no charge. I also got an oil change. The car was ready to go much more quickly than I anticipated. I am really short on cash right now and Daniel assured me he'd take care of the problem for as little as possible. Thank you, Daniel!

I recently took my 2005 Dodge Ram "Rumble Bee" in for it's 60,00 mile service. I chose to take it to Don-A-Vee specifically based upon the ratings their service department received (on this site) from customers. I was not disappointed.
Daniel was helpful and courteous. More importantly, he didn't try to sell me more service than what was required. He told me exactly what type of service my truck needed for the 60,000 mile tune-up. He also made recommendations for additional service, with a suggested a time frame for when that work might need to be done.
Daniel also offered to give my truck a complete detail. He told me that he typically likes to have a customer's vehicle washed after it's been serviced. However, this particular day, the service tech who does this work went home sick, so Daniel made a note on my service record for a free, complete detail for my truck.
In short, Daniel gave me all the information I needed to make inform decisions about:
-- what service items I wanted taken care of during my current service visit
-- and which ones I could schedule for a future date.
Ultimately, what matters most is how my truck performed after the service . . . in a word GREAT! It runs like it was fresh off the showroom floor. And this Saturday, I'll be taking it in for the detail so my truck will look as good as it runs!

Dear Tom Kirk:
I just wanted to send a quick note of appreciation for repair services we received at your dealership.
As we were traveling from Idaho to a Los Angeles mortuary to deliver a casket, our Town and Country van experienced "issues."
We made contact with Doug Newell in you servce department who assisted us through our predicament. Doug got right on the problems (computer, window wiring, egr valve) and promissed the car by noon the next day. The car was ready as promissed.
Doug is very courteous, kind, and professional as is the mechanic Brad Anderson.
Brad took the time to clearly explain the issues with our car which gave us much confidence in his abilities.
We made it home to Southeat Idaho Wednesday and had two funerals on Thursday. The car perforned well with no further problems.
We felt comforable and confident with your service department, which I must say I had not felt with past service departments I had dealings with.
Lastly, we were traveling with a google map which turned out to be incorrect. Even though it was the end of her work day and an obvious bundle of paperwork in her hands, Lori Boldoc took the time to help us with a corrected google map, and a smile.
Thanks again for your great overall service, because, when you got to go, you got to go!

Went to two other dealerships (Cerritos and Huntington Beach). Cerritos kept trying to get me to settle for something in their inventory. HB lowballed me bigtime on my trade and didn't seem very interested in my business. Before we made a deal, Kenny offered to order my Wrangler unlimited exactly as I wanted, under no obligation to buy. When my Jeep came in Kenny let me know, but did not pressure me. When I asked Kenny to put together the numbers for me, he got me exactly where I wanted and needed to be. Now I'm driving an awesome new 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in the green pearlcoat I wanted so much. Thanks Kenny!

Kenny was my primary email / internet contact and he was straightforward and honest about everything.
Jim was my salesperson and he was knowledgeable and thorough about introducing me to the car, etc.
Julie worked the numbers and everything was precise and as expected.
My overall impression of the dealership is "excellent across the board" given my previous experiences with other dealerships.
My only two quibbles would be :
1) Authorizing a personal check then asking for a cashier's check after the fact. This led to extra time and hassle filling out financial forms for a credit check, etc. Traditionally a dealer calls a bank to get an okay for a personal check and it's done.
2) No gas in tank. I was not familiar with the area and the low fuel indicator went on about 100 yards from the dealership. I had to drive around a bit to find a gas station. Fortunately I had my garmin mapper with me.

when i came in i wasn't planning to buy a car, i just wanted to look. I had talked to Mike on the phone the night before i went in and he said i could come in whenever i wanted to and check the vehicle out. When we got there Mike was great! He took us over to the new vehicle lot and let us test drive a Patriot. We loved the car right away, but were concerned about pricing and our trade-in. He brought Kenny in to help us out and he was equally as great! Kenny asked a few questions about what was comfortable for us and what we were hoping for and then left for a few minutes to figure some things out. He came back showed us an offer and it seemed too good to be true. My girlfriend and I talked about things over for about 20 minutes and we were sold. Kenny made the purchase the easiest choice we have ever made. As for doing the paperwork we were handed off to Stacey who walked us through the details and was extremely friendly. She was fast, efficient, and just pleasant to work with. It was a great car-buying experience! I still can't believe how easy the 3 of them made it, but I'm glad they did!!

As soon as I walked into the Service area, I was treated with respect and honesty. Unlike Clippinger in West Covina, Don-A-Vee know how to treat their customers. All Brian needed was my VIN and he knew who I was and all about my Town & Country even though I did not buy the vehicle from them. The service was honest and done on time. Unlike Clippinger, the vehicle was washed before being returned to us and the inside was clean. Clippinger left the car dirty with grease smudges inside the car. I needed to have the radio/sattelite unit replaced and the only drawback was that the dealer is the only one who can backup the data in the radio, (address book, navegation sites ets). Don-A-Vees systesm was not big enough to backup all my data so I have to re enter it all. Will definently be returning to Don-A-Vee for all my future service needs!
